Lead Technical Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Analyst (Special Programs) to provide analytical and technical support for the FAA Office of Airports.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead analyst for special program studies, including Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) and regulatory impact assessments

Develop models and tools to support airport infrastructure funding decisions and maintain datasets using various data tools

Conduct regulatory research, support public participation processes, and lead technical documentation for program reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Aviation, Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy, or a related field

8-12+ years of experience in federal analytical programs, economic modeling, or grants management

Experience with benefit-cost analyses and advanced data analytics tools such as MS Office, ESRI ArcGIS, and Tableau

Proven ability in leading complex document development and technical writing
