As a Maintenance Administrative Assistant, you will :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling with questions about services.
- Provide general office support to the maintenance team.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Perform general office duties and errands.
- Create purchase orders for materials and supplies, and assign them to specific jobs.
- Maintain supply inventory and order necessary items.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Prepare supply orders for office needs.
- Schedule work orders.
- Process timesheets and material sheets.
- Act as the primary liaison between the office and field employees.
- Update computer programs with client information and forms.
- Support special projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements :
Minimum of two years of administrative experience; landscaping industry experience is preferred but not required.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; computer efficiency is essential.Knowledge of BuilderTrend is a plus but not required.Strong communication and organizational skills.Team-oriented mindset.Bilingual skills are preferred.
