About the Position

LocumJobsNetwork is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Urgent Care PA in Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801!

We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in Wyoming beginning Jan 5, 2026. This role offers day shifts, working at least 5 days per week, and involves delivering full-scope urgent and outpatient acute care in a busy clinic setting.

Job Details

  • LOA : 48 days
  • Provider Type Needed : Urgent Care Physician Assistant
  • Schedule : Clinic open 7 days a week; minimum 5 days per week commitment; 8 : 00am–5 : 30pm shifts with a required 30-minute break

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform independent head-to-toe assessments of patients across a range of urgent and outpatient acute care cases
  • Deliver comprehensive care under physician supervision while managing patient care independently
  • Provide wound care and emergency response as needed
  • Utilize ER and wound care experience when available
  • Maintain compliance with ATLS and NRP certifications if held
  • Contribute to a collaborative clinical team environment
