[job_card.job_description]Residential Maintenance Commercial Maintenance Painting Drywall Carpentry Flooring W-2 Employee (No 1099). No travel required. No bookkeeping or scheduling. Weekly Gross Pay range $800-$1200 depending on experience and qualifications. Retirement option with matching Holidays and Paid Time Off Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported. Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas. Create, present and sell project estimates. Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.

Requirements :
- At least 10 or more years’ experience in residential / commercial maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to generate accurate estimates
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
- A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
