We are currently hiring for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative. This position will be an important part of our team, and we are looking for motivated individuals who wants to grow with us as a team and be part of such a dynamic industry.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
Greeting customers in a professional manner.
Educating customers about our products / services.
Ability to manage some key accounts including providing the production status on certain projects.
Navigate within our ERP system that runs our production process.
Coordination of sample sending to potential and existing customers.
Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications : Customer Service
3+ years' experience in a business environment
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people.
Organization skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Efficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Schedule : Monday to Friday Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00pm
Pay : $20 - $23 / hr. depending on experience
