Technologically Proficient : Comfortable using AMS360, CRM software and other common communication tools. Remote Work : Ability to work effectively from home and in the office while managing tasks independently.

- Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are effectively managed.
- Client Consultation : Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, tailoring insurance plans to meet their specific requirements.
- Policy Administration : Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to industry standards.
- Problem Solving : Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
- Renewals and Retention : Proactively manage policy renewals and work to retain client accounts through skilled negotiation and relationship building.
- Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters and support staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
