Responsibilities

• Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are effectively managed.
• Client Consultation : Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, tailoring insurance plans to meet their specific requirements.
• Policy Administration : Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to industry standards.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
• Renewals and Retention : Proactively manage policy renewals and work to retain client accounts through skilled negotiation and relationship building.
• Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters and support staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
