We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to support our construction client specializing in occupied healthcare renovations. The projects include work on radiology, doctor offices, hospitals, and medical equipment spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare renovation standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients in healthcare construction settings.
• Implement infection control and hazard analysis protocols, ensuring dust mitigation and safety.
• Handle preconstruction and design-build phases, focusing on blueprint reading and MEP design comprehension.
• Facilitate change orders and push construction schedules to meet project timelines.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in client-facing roles.

Work Environment

The work environment is a dynamic mix of office and job site settings. Project Managers typically handle 4-6 projects simultaneously within a 60-mile radius of Montgomery County, covering areas such as Delaware, Eastern Shore, Hagerstown, DC, NOVA, Woodbridge, VA, and Glenstone, PA. The company offers a supportive work culture with a company car, iPad, laptop, a 3% 401k match, and 80% of benefits covered by the company.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gaithersburg, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00 / yr.
