Compensation :
$75,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of 20+ BCBAs and RBTsPlan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based settingProvide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plansReview RBT data and session notes, and provide feedback and supportForge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journeyLead the staff interview processLead monthly all-team meetings, reviewing the center and clinical needsEnsure clinical quality across all learners and staffQualifications : Requirements :
Master’s DegreeActively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Experience in a clinical / center-based setting is highly valuedAdditional experience in the ABA community is highly valuedPreferred Skills :
Dedication to clinical excellenceA strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calmness and patienceCompassionate with a high EQStrong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership, and parents / caregiversExperience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRTAbout Company
