The IT Team Manager is responsible for the development, enhancement, support and documentation of PL Applications and all related processes in support of MA Personal Lines business areas.

They must exhibit strong organization and communications skills, be highly collaborative, and can work cross-functionally to ensure that they meet the needs of their assigned business portfolios while ensuring quality standards and adherence to Arbella's secure SDLC. They must have the ability to quickly assess situations, troubleshoot problems, make decisions, and follow through to resolution working with various groups to evolve best practices over time.
