Position Summary :

We are seeking a flexible and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults and prefers a flexible, as-needed schedule. The OT will evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to help them improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct OT evaluations and create goal-driven care plans.

Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence.

Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to improve resident safety.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including PTs, STs, nursing, and social services.

Document services thoroughly and in a timely manner, following facility and regulatory guidelines.

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe, effective care practices.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Active Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania.

Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.

Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
