Job Title : Sprinter Van Owner-Operator (Expedite Freight – OTR / Regional)

Connex Transport LLC is a reliable U.S.–based carrier company with over 15 years of experience in logistics and expedited transportation. We are expanding our network and currently hiring Owner-Operators with Sprinter Vans or Cargo Vans for long-term cooperation on a 1099 contract basis.

If you are a motivated, independent contractor looking for consistent loads, professional dispatch, and reliable weekly settlements — we want you in our team.

Position Summary :

We are currently seeking experienced Sprinter Van Owner-Operators to join our nationwide expedited network. If you own a cargo van or sprinter van and have a passion for the open road, this is an excellent opportunity to partner with a company that values your time and effort.

Responsibilities :

  • Pick up and deliver expedited freight loads safely and on time.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch during trips.
  • Ensure accurate load documentation and proof of delivery.
  • Keep vehicle in clean, presentable, and road-worthy condition.
  • Provide professional customer service at all delivery points.

Requirements :

  • Must own or lease a Sprinter / Cargo Van .
  • Valid driver’s license with vehicle registration form.
  • Smartphone with data plan (for dispatch and load tracking).
  • Must be able to stay on the road for multiple days or weeks at a time (OTR) .
  • Must meet insurance requirements.
