Physical Therapy Front Office Administrative (Novi Clinic)

About Us

Adams Sports Medicine is a trusted leader in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with 3 clinics across Southeast Michigan. Our Novi clinic continues to grow, and we are seeking a dependable, service-focused administrative professional to help guide the daily operations at our front desk.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, delivers excellent customer service, and takes ownership of their environment. The role is  patient-facing , highly organized, and central to the efficiency of our clinic.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead front-desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage scheduling, patient communication, and insurance verification
  • Support billing and documentation workflows
  • Coordinate with therapists to optimize daily operations
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and service orientation
  • Reliability and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
  • Experience in medical office settings helpful but not required
  • Comfort learning EMR systems (WebPT), EHR, billing software and insurance verification (Availity)
  • Understanding of sports / ortho PT services, and medical terminology
