Human Resources Adjunct Faculty

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the Human Resource Management program.

Key Responsibilities

Engage students through frequent interaction to motivate and enhance their learning experience

Guide students in collaborative and project-based learning applications

Provide constructive feedback and assess student work using effective rubrics

Required Qualifications

Terminal degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited institution

Professional experience in Human Resource Management or a related field

Experience teaching adult learners online is preferred

SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred

Completion of a two-week online faculty orientation is required upon hiring
