Role : Cloud Operations SME.

Location : Remote.

Duration : Long Term Contract.

Job Description :

They would need to work on regular operational tasks (& dirty work as the client calls in his interview) which forms majority of their day-today work.
Working on Service-Now tickets (OS level & Cloud level troubleshooting / Remediating vulnerabilities) & adhering to SLAs.
Creating & Implementing change controls responding to RCA.
Commission / Decommission of Cloud Resources.
Planned DR activities with different application teams.
Cleanups and cost-optimization analysis and implementation.
Cloud Migrations and Site externalizations.
Backups / Patching of instances and resources.
Good Windows / Linux troubleshooting .
Automations and PoCs.
Adhering to all documentation standards else a lot of re-work has to be done.
