Role : Cloud Operations SME.

Location : Remote.

Duration : Long Term Contract.

Job Description :

• They would need to work on regular operational tasks (& dirty work as the client calls in his interview) which forms majority of their day-today work.
• Working on Service-Now tickets (OS level & Cloud level troubleshooting / Remediating vulnerabilities) & adhering to SLAs.
• Creating & Implementing change controls responding to RCA.
• Commission / Decommission of Cloud Resources.
• Planned DR activities with different application teams.
• Cleanups and cost-optimization analysis and implementation.
• Cloud Migrations and Site externalizations.
• Backups / Patching of instances and resources.
• Good Windows / Linux troubleshooting .
• Automations and PoCs.
• Adhering to all documentation standards else a lot of re-work has to be done.
