We are hiring a System Administrator with MSP experience to support clients across Mac and Windows environments. This is a hybrid WFH rle with occasional onsite visits in Manhattan when needed. If you are a curious self starter who enjoys solving problems without hand holding and communicating calmly with end users, this is a strong fit.
What You Will Do
Provide remote support with occasional onsite support in Manhattan
Support Mac and Windows users across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, printing, and networking issues
Set up new workstations, perform upgrades, and configure cloud services
Assist with light project work including network setups, server deployments, and VoIP migrations
Communicate clearly and empathetically with end users under pressure
Create and maintain documentation to improve resolution speed and knowledge sharing
What You Bring
Previous MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
Professional experience supporting both macOS and Windows
Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, Microsoft 365, and basic to intermediate networking
Great client facing communication and customer service skills
Self managed and able to prioritize your own workload
Commutable to Manhattan
