A company is looking for a Healthcare Supervisor in Finance specializing in Regulatory Cost Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the cost reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship

Ensure accuracy and compliance in regulatory cost reporting and financial analysis

Manage operational processes and improve workflows for finance deliverables

Required Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum two years of applicable work experience in a related environment

At least one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity

Specialized training in healthcare finance or regulatory reporting is helpful

Strong knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare payment structures and financial analysis
