Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an educational setting located in Vista, CA. This contract role provides an opportunity to apply behavior analysis principles and work directly with students to promote positive behavioral changes in a school environment.

Location : Vista, California

Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behaviors
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions and support
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment for students
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills as an RBT
