The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production planning and execution to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products to meet customer demand. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and alignment between contract manufacturers, procurement, and supply chain teams. The Production Manager will focus on optimizing production schedules, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in supporting new product launches and scaling production capacity to meet Blueprint's growth objectives.
