Responsibilities

Lead and manage neonatal practitioner team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Develop and implement strategies for continuous professional development of staff.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in neonatal care.

Monitor and evaluate team performance against set targets and objectives.

Foster a culture of learning and growth within the neonatal department.

Oversee the recruitment and training of new neonatal practitioners.

Encourage innovation and adoption of best practices in neonatal care.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in neonatal services.

Promote a high-visibility work environment with clear communication of goals.

Utilize pipelines to forecast and achieve departmental success.

Develop and manage budgets for the neonatal department.

Experience / Qualifications

Proven experience in neonatal care management and leadership.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
