Position Description : Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Finance Systems Analystopportunity.

Job Responsibilities :

• Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems efficient and operational.
• Establish and grant user’s proper project access based on policy, procedure, guidelines. Timely and accurately resolve access-based issues for compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
• Document processes flows and standard operating procedures clearly and thoroughly, and train others on the process.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
• Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.
• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage “backlog” of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Monitor finance systems service desk tickets.
• Support Weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effective, and scalable
