Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking a Marketing AI Subject Matter Expert to join their innovative team. As a Marketing AI Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform marketing strategies and operations.

What's the Job?

• Provide domain expertise during AI model training to ensure understanding of marketing terminology, logic, and workflows.
• Label, curate, and validate datasets containing marketing materials such as ad copy, campaign briefs, KPIs, and customer segments.
• Translate end-to-end marketing workflows into structured training data for AI learning, identifying decision points and dependencies.
• Review AI-generated outputs for relevance, creativity, tone, and compliance, providing structured feedback for improvements.
• Partner with product teams to define AI-driven marketing use cases like campaign recommendations, content personalization, and audience segmentation.
