Speech-Language Pathologist – Elementary School (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

Location : Quarryville, PA 17566

Schedule : Full-Time | On-Site

Estimated Dates : January 5th 2026- June 5th 2026

Salary Range : $70,000 – $80,000 annualized salary

About the Role :

AnthroMed Education is hiring a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join an exceptional elementary school team in the Quarryville area for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, school-based position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and clinicians, with consistent support from both the school and the AnthroMed community. Responsibilities :

Provide speech-language services to students with a variety of communication needs

Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams

Address speech / language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism

Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences

Caseload Details :

• Will be covering a maternity leave at one elementary school through the end of the school year
• Caseload at 53 students right now, but may grow in the spring
• Mixed needs including articulation, speech-only cases, learning support, and one life skills classroom
• The SLP will be the case manager for speech-only cases, but will have support for other cases
• Access to your own office space

Qualifications : PA State SLP License

PA Department of Education (PDE) – Education Specialist Certificate

School-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Experience with EasyIEP preferred, but not required
