A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a Microsoft focused Cybersecurity Firm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the CMMC program, overseeing assessments, remediation, and evidence automation

Manage service operations and delivery across Managed Services and Professional Services teams

Own financial performance and growth, improving utilization and gross margins

Required Qualifications

10+ years in technology service delivery, with 5+ years in senior operations leadership at an MSP or Microsoft partner

Deep Microsoft expertise, particularly in Azure and Microsoft 365, with experience in GCC-High or Azure Government environments preferred

Experience with P&L ownership and capacity planning

Strong service-management background with knowledge of ITIL disciplines

Understanding of MSP billing processes and automation platforms
