Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Project Support Specialist to support customer-facing outreach initiatives across New Jersey. This field-based role is responsible for the assembly, delivery, and documentation of project outreach materials across multiple municipalities. The ideal candidate is dependable, well-organized, physically active, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide project-based assistance to the designated business unit.
Collaborate with internal departments to collect and organize required project data.
Assemble and prepare customer outreach communication materials.
Deliver outreach packets to customers across assigned municipalities statewide.
Travel to 4 5 municipalities in a given day as scheduled.
Distribute up to 600 700 door hangers per day.
Walk 7 10 miles per day as part of outreach distribution.
Document and report any significant findings or issues encountered during delivery.
Support overall project communication efforts.
Maintain compliance with organizational and institutional policies.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (No college degree required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and reliability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Must have a valid NJ Driver's License and reliable personal transportation
(Uber or public transportation is not considered reliable.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of extensive walking (7 10 miles / day).

PMP Certification
Additional Work Details
Primary work location is Clifton, NJ , with statewide field assignments.
Contractor will be reimbursed for mileage and tolls .
All outreach materials will be provided by the Project Coordinator.
