The Role
This is a foundational high-impact role on a new team. We are looking for a builder who is passionate about creating a world-class learning environment.
You will be responsible for building our sales enablement program from the ground up. Your mission is to decrease new hire ramp time and increase the overall productivity of the sales team. You will achieve this by designing building and managing our sales onboarding creating a continuous education program and working cross-functionally to ensure our reps have the content skills and process knowledge to win.

Base Compensation Range
$ annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately in determining your pay well consider many factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors.
