Accounts Receivable Analyst Key Responsibilities :

Manage delinquent student accounts, set up payment plans, and coordinate with collection agencies

Oversee Perkins, Massachusetts No Interest, and institutional loan programs

Run reporting / analytics, ensure compliance, and partner across Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Finance

Serve as liaison with loan servicers and provide backup support for collections / cashiering

Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications :

2-4 years of collections, AR, or credit experience

Strong written / verbal communication and professional email skills

Tech savvy with Excel, Word, Workday; Flywire a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred
