Senior Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join Apply Digital's team and lead digital project delivery for our clients, ensuring high ROI and operational excellence. The Senior Project Manager role sits within the Project Management team at Apply Digital and will be contracted to a major sports entertainment client for the first 1218 months of their employment. This role will focus on managing web initiatives that support fan engagement and digital experience across a high-traffic platform. You will be responsible for organizing cross-functional teams, managing timelines and priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of digital projects. Your duties will include strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end project execution. You will also support ongoing operations and optimization of digital experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Build and champion project strategies and delivery plans throughout client engagements, and inspire internal team members to execute against those plans.
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from stakeholders, users, and internal teams using research methods and workshop facilitation to shape project requirements and priorities.
• Take ownership of project roadmaps and timelines with buy-in from executive stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project documentation ensuring requirements (business, UX, design, technical, non-functional) are clearly defined, updated, and communicated to all relevant parties.
• Organize project releases and manage priorities to align with business value and stakeholder expectations.
• Define measurement plans to track project impact and performance using analytics tools.
• Ensure deliverables meet specifications, defects are resolved, and readiness for launch is assessed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and expand project scope based on data and stakeholder feedback.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of how to drive ROI through business and customer value, balancing constraints and using consultative skills to move initiatives forward.
