We are seeking a Board Certified Ophthalmologist for a 130-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan, beginning Mar 2, 2026. This opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM. The position is focused on retina clinic cases and in-office eye injections, with no surgical procedures required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform in-office eye injections, with procedures typically lasting about five minutes each
  • Manage retina clinic cases
  • Travel between multiple practice locations within an hour's distance
  • Provide high-quality ophthalmic care in a clinic setting
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Board certification in Ophthalmology required
  • Must hold a current Michigan medical license
