Location : Ontario, CA 91761

Pay Rate : $20.00$22.00 per hour DOE

Shift : 1st Shift | 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Arrow Staffing in Ontario is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative with exceptional data entry accuracy and strong experience in supporting both customer accounts and vendor partners . This role requires excellent communication, precise order entry, and a high level of professionalism in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process high-volume sales orders and purchase orders via EDI and manual entry with 95100% data accuracy

Differentiate between customer vs. vendor requests :

Provide product info, pricing, quotes, and shipment details to customers

Coordinate order updates, lead times, and issue resolutions with vendors

Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and system alerts

Handle order entry corrections, discrepancies, and problem-solving

Communicate delays, shortages, and errors promptly to both customer service and vendor teams

Manage order changes, complaints, and shipment inquiries with high attention to detail

Generate and process electronic ship notices, labels, invoices, and documentation through EDI

Maintain strong relationships by providing fast, accurate, and professional communication

Perform general administrative tasks and support office operations

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support

Strong data entry skills fast, accurate, and detail-focused

Experience handling both customer-facing communication and vendor coordination

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfortable with multi-line phone systems

Strong administrative writing and reporting experience

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
