Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule

Position : ABA Behavior Technician- 12 year old boy

Location : Pennsville, New Jersey

Job Type : Part time

Schedule : Monday- Thursday 4 : 00pm- 6 : 00pm

Salary : $18 - $25 per hour

Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Key Responsibilities :

Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans

Track client progress through data collection

Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living

Collaborate with families for consistent treatment

Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Qualifications :

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Ability to pass background check.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
