A company is looking for a Senior Abstractor, HEDIS / Quality Improvement (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conducts data collection and abstraction of medical records for HEDIS projects
Coordinates and prepares the HEDIS medical record review and participates in vendor meetings
Mentors entry-level abstractors and assists with process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in healthcare Quality / HEDIS specific to medical record review and abstraction
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of HEDIS projects
Active RN license for the State(s) of employment (preferred)
3+ years managed care experience (preferred)
