In this role, youll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world-class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations all within the fast-evolving Web3 space./ppPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies./ppSource, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks./ppManage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination./ppBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, growth, operations, ecosystem)./ppLeverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring funnel performance./ppEnsure a seamless, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience aligned with our decentralized culture./pp3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Web3 industry./ppProven success sourcing globally distributed or remote talent./ppFamiliarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto-native communities./ppExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills./ppData-driven mindset with ability to use ATS and analytics tools effectively./ppAdaptable, resourceful, and self-driven in a fast-evolving environment./p/div
