Job Title : Customer Support & Operations Coordinator

This is a remote position. Join a fast-growing, boundary-pushing startup that's reinventing the global golf experience! Work remotely as a Customer Support & Operations Coordinator in EU, UAE, or UK hours and become part of a passionate, high-performing team that's shaping the future of golf worldwide. In this role, you'll be the go-to for customers, helping them book unforgettable experiences, while supporting our sales and leadership teams with research, insights, and operational magic that keeps our startup running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving booking and customer queries promptly
  • Manage online chat to answer questions and boost sales conversions
  • Document processes, solutions, and insights into a shared knowledgebase
  • Conduct research on potential clients to support the sales team with lead generation
  • Provide assistance to senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance

Requirements :

  • Relevant completed qualification
  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, or sales coordination preferred
  • Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service and exceeding expectations
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote work environment
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and ability to work well with a diverse team
  • Highly organised, dependable, and driven to succeed in a startup environment
  • Comfortable working remotely in EU, UAE, or UK hours
