Required : Completion of Home Health Aide competency test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff before Hire. Required : Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff within 90 days of hire. Required : Six months of paid experience as an agency caregiver. Ability to follow directions and perform duties with minimum supervision. Exhibit sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick. Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position. Required : MO CNA License OR MO CMT License OR MO CMA License OR as of 1 / 1 / 2022 grandfathered with an Accredited Nurse Aide Certification Required : BLS must be obtained within 90 days Required : Active Driver's License Education Required : Graduate of a practical nursing program Experience Required : Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience, preferably in the home infusion or hospital setting Preferred : Previous billing and / or intake experience Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates effective knowledge of scope of practice Exhibits valuable time management skills Strong critical thinking / problem solving skills Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure / Certification / Registration Required : MO LPN License
