Full Stack Developer

Position Title : FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Position Summary : In this role you will be participating in the full development life cycle of software solutions including designing testing troubleshooting and documenting in addition to maintaining existing programs. You will be expected to implement designs by utilizing development languages and tools as per design specifications routine review of solutions suggest aesthetic improvements and participate in project status meetings. You are also required to work closely with subject matter experts to understand the requirements to implement different tasks. The full stack developer will be required to see a project from conception to final product requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reports To : Director of IT

Personnel : Not applicable.

Accountabilities : Accountable for understanding and following all SOPs and WIs related to job duties.

Authorities : Not applicable .

Duties :

• Designing user interfaces.
• Developing back-end applications.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
• Responsible for application performance and tuning.
• Responsible for project execution from conception to finished product.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Support network and database administrators as needed.
• Maintaining and upgrading in-house programs.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Qualification Requirements :

Educational Experience Degree in Computer Science is preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
