About the Role
The Company is seeking a Sr Director of Product to lead their Research Data Organization in the development of a software platform that supports the creation and management of complex research data sets. This role involves aligning the research business strategy with product development, leading cross-functional teams including software developers and clinical operations, and managing a team of group product managers and individual contributors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategy and roadmap, leading large software projects, and nurturing the skills of the product management team. The ideal candidate for this role at The Company is a seasoned professional with a substantial background in product management within a software, SaaS, or technology-enabled expertise environment. They should have a proven track record of managing and developing large teams of product managers, strong technical empathy, and the ability to understand and communicate technical designs and challenges.
