Schulte Companies Security Guard

Schulte Companies is seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands on Security Guard to join our team! Must be able to work Friday and Saturday 10pm - 6am. Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts
  • Check doors and stairwells to make sure they are secure
  • Respond to complaints and calls for help
  • Purchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systems
  • Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property
  • Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests
  • Fills out report at end of shift
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

    • Education and Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years in security role
  • Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Authoritative verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings
