The Access Provisioning Specialist is responsible for managing and executing Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient user access to enterprise systems and applications. This role plays a critical part in supporting organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day operational needs by provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning user access across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision, modify, and revoke user access to enterprise applications and systems in accordance with security policies and approval workflows
- Manage access requests for applications including CM8, WMS, and RULES
- Enforce least-privilege access and segregation of duties (SoD) principles
- Perform access reviews, audits, and remediation activities to support compliance and governance initiatives
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and work with IT security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve them
- Maintain accurate documentation of access procedures, policies, and standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing access reports and evidence
- Monitor and respond to access-related incidents or violations
- Continuously learn and adapt to new IAM tools, technologies, and evolving security requirements

4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematic or other related area. 4 years of experience can be substituted for degree.1 year of experience in Identity & Access Management, access provisioning, or IT security operationsExperience supporting access provisioning for enterprise applications, including CM8, WMS, RULES.Experience working in regulated or enterprise IT environments preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established processesEffective communication skills for working with business users, IT teams, and security stakeholders
