This position exists to direct the advanced modeling and valuation component of the Risk and Advisory team. The role will be responsible for modeling Mortgage cash flows, including aspects of strategy development and execution, oversight of junior personnel, and client relationship management. This role will be responsible for coordinating with the MSR valuation group, Information Technology, and other internal business partners.

Essential Job Functions :

• Manage the development and maintenance of internal and third-party valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs
• Produce pricing reports, risk reports, attribution analyses, and industry research for clients
• Provide detailed reporting to support and validate model and cash flows
• Interface with clients and / or related stakeholders to explain valuation results and methodologies
• Build strong relationships with clients and other market participants
• Works with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Maintain and develop strong compliance policies and procedures
• Provide recommendations for improving data, workflow, and automation processes
• Other activities as may be assigned by management

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $58,000.00 - $120,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
