We are hiring for an Order Picker for a warehouse in Union City!

Pay Rate : $20-22 / hr, varying based on experience.

Job Title : Order Picker

Schedule : Mon-Fri, Day Shift

Job Responsibilities :

  • Accurately pick and prepare orders based on order forms or RF scanner.
  • Safely transport materials to the appropriate location in the warehouse or shipping area.
  • Inspect merchandise for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Pack and label items for shipping according to company standards, ensuring that items are secure and properly protected.
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces to maximize efficiency and safety.
  • Assist with inventory management, including performing stock checks and updating records as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements :

  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with RF scanners and order picking is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
