A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist to assist members with administrative tasks related to scheduling, billing, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial phone calls with new members to assess service fit
Schedule appointments and ensure completion of member paperwork
Support providers with administrative tasks and manage internal software organization
Required Qualifications
Passion for redefining behavioral health for children and families
Background in providing excellent customer service
Comfort with technology including email and scheduling tools
Previous experience managing a medical office or familiarity with insurance billing is a bonus
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus
