Key Responsibilities
Respond to telephone inquiries and assist callers with issues
Research claim payment issues to identify root causes and trends
Document information and maintain positive customer relations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of healthcare customer service or medical claims processing experience
Knowledge of healthcare and / or managed care
Experience with medical coding and / or AMISYS preferred
