A company is looking for a Marketing Engagement Manager to develop and execute engagement, retention, and brand loyalty across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a marketing engagement playbook that aligns with sales goals and Partner growth objectives
Manage campaign calendars and coordinate cohesive messaging across email, LinkedIn, events, and digital channels
Execute and measure Partner email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
3-7 years of experience in marketing, ideally focused on engagement, lifecycle, or campaign management
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and engagement strategies
Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Squarespace, Google Analytics, and related marketing / reporting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
