We're looking for a passionate and experienced Veterinarian to lead and develop an urgent care service in Round Rock, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian eager to take on a leadership role and shape an urgent care business while providing high-quality, after-hours care for pets in need.

As Medical Director , you'll oversee medical protocols, mentor the team, and collaborate on building a top-tier urgent care facility. Our hospital will be a fully equipped facility offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and diagnostic services. We're committed to excellence in patient care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For :

• A veterinarian with leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency, or general practice with a passion for fast-paced medicine.
• Ability to guide clinical teams, develop protocols, and drive patient care excellence
• A Texas veterinary license (or ability to obtain one).
