Full Time Salaried Position with Excellent Benefits!
Duties Include
- Hiring / Training / Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
- Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
- Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital / rehab center
- On-Call
- Oversight for all shifts
- Working the floor as support
- Weekly Payroll and Scheduling
