AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to be a Care Manager at our beautiful Independent Living Community in Warren MI.

Full Time Salaried Position with Excellent Benefits!

Duties Include

Hiring / Training / Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital / rehab center
On-Call
Oversight for all shifts
Working the floor as support
Weekly Payroll and Scheduling

Requirements

Current Michigan License - LPN

Minimum one (1) year experience

Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification

Clear Criminal History / Drug Screen

Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet

Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
