A company is looking for a Staff Unity Engineer (Profiling & Optimization).
Key Responsibilities
Profile and optimize Unity runtime performance across gameplay, rendering, and asset systems on mobile platforms
Architect scalable, data-oriented systems for ECS, animation, physics, and UI frameworks
Lead investigations into CPU, GPU, and memory bottlenecks, defining baselines and measurable performance targets
Required Qualifications
Deep hands-on experience building and optimizing Unity (C#) game clients at scale
Expertise in mobile performance optimization, including CPU / GPU profiling and memory management
Advanced proficiency in data-oriented design (ECS, DOTS) and multithreaded programming
Strong understanding of Unity rendering pipelines, Burst Compiler, and Job System
Experience shipping or maintaining mobile or cross-platform Unity titles
