A company is looking for a NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team to exceed sales goals

Drive implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities

Manage regional budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech / pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years

Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment

Ability to manage change and lead through ambiguity

Strong computer and technical skills
